These are the steps you need to follow to try out Xero4PowerBI. All of this can be done with trial accounts you can use a trial Xero, with a trial PowerBI service and a trial Odatalink account.

Download the Xero4PowerBI App this will load the App into your PowerBI service

Create an OdataLink Account

Connection Parameters  

There are three parameters for data connection:

• Odatalink feed for URL from your OdataLink account

• Financial Year for P&L with Budget

• Number of previous Months for P&L Monthly - 1 to 11 You can change these parameters in the settings for the dataset and schedule data refresh.
